Threads take a page off Bluesky's book (but make it easier)

The Zuck himself announced Threads' new product experiment: custom feeds.

The idea behind the feature is simple. What if you could follow specific topics, swap back and forth between feeds, and get yo' fix of whatever it is you dig?

Now, you can.

If this UI seems familiar, it's either because you've followed the recent X exodus to Bluesky or you're a tech die-hard and played with Airchat a few months back.

Unlike Bluesky's feeds though, Threads' feeds are super easy to use. Search for a topic, create a feed (or add it to an existing feed), and you're off.

They're also in reverse chronological order, showing you posts from the people you've added to your feed as well as other search results.
